You may not be receiving compensation for receiving the wrong item because the company may have a policy that only offers compensation for damaged or lost items, rather than for receiving the wrong item. Additionally, the company may require proof of the mistake, such as a photo or description of the incorrect item, in order to process compensation. It's also possible that there was a miscommunication or error in the ordering process that led to the wrong item being sent, and the company may not be willing to provide compensation in this case. **

If the PC is not receiving power, it could be due to a few different reasons. First, check to make sure the power cable is securely plugged into both the PC and the power outlet. If the power cable is connected properly and the PC still isn't receiving power, there may be an issue with the power supply unit or the power outlet itself. It's also possible that there is a problem with the motherboard or other internal components. If troubleshooting these basic steps does not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to seek professional help to diagnose and fix the problem. **
