An arched back in a handstand is when the back is not straight and instead curves inward, creating a concave shape. This can happen when the shoulders are not properly aligned, causing the lower back to arch excessively. It can also occur when there is a lack of core strength and control. An arched back in a handstand can lead to poor alignment, decreased stability, and increased risk of injury. It is important to maintain a straight, neutral spine in a handstand to ensure proper form and safety. **

A split in an arched back refers to a condition where the muscles and tissues in the back become strained or torn, causing a separation or split in the arch of the back. This can be caused by overexertion, poor posture, or sudden movements that put excessive strain on the back muscles. A split in an arched back can be quite painful and may require rest, physical therapy, or other treatments to heal properly. It is important to seek medical attention if you suspect you have a split in your arched back to prevent further injury. **

In Sebastian Vrancx's painting "Plunderings of a Farmhouse," the artist depicts a chaotic scene of soldiers ransacking a farmhouse. The painting captures the violence and destruction of war, with soldiers looting the property and terrorizing the inhabitants. Vrancx's attention to detail in portraying the chaos and despair of the scene highlights the brutality and devastation of war on civilian populations. The painting serves as a powerful commentary on the impact of conflict on innocent lives and the horrors of war. **

For an old farmhouse, I would recommend using a cement plaster that is durable and breathable, such as a lime-based plaster. Lime plaster is well-suited for older buildings because it allows moisture to evaporate from the walls, preventing dampness and potential damage to the structure. It also has a natural, traditional look that complements the aesthetic of an old farmhouse. Additionally, lime plaster is known for its longevity and ability to withstand the settling and movement that can occur in older buildings. **
