A congstar data gift is a feature that allows congstar customers to share their data volume with friends or family members who are also congstar customers. This means that if a customer has unused data volume at the end of their billing cycle, they can choose to gift this data to another congstar customer. The recipient can then use this gifted data volume for their own internet usage. This feature promotes sharing and helps customers make the most of their data allowances. **
